4. Counter-Notification

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Finzy Finance will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
